AbstractParentsare entrusted by God with a child. The child that God has entrusted to parents is a gift whose presence should be appreciated and it is their duty to protect, accompany, and be part of the child's life during their childhood, which will become the foundation for their future life. In this process, parents and educational institutions work together to produce intellectual individuals. The purpose of this activity is to provide parents and schools with an understanding of how the two educational environments for children can work together well through a shared perception of intellectual individuals. This activity was carried out at the Ibnul Mubarok Islamic Boarding School PKBM in the village of Saribumi Wates, Gadingrejo District, Pringsewu Regency, targeting parents of students in grades I to III. This activity used an active participation method with three stages, namely observation, coordination with the PKBM, and implementation of activities. The result of this activity was an understanding of the importance of synergy between parents and teachers in educating the younger generation to hone their spiritual, intellectual, and emotional intelligence. When these three intelligences are balanced, a generation of intellectuals will be born.
