Abstract

This community service activity was conducted in the form of a seminar and educational outreach program aimed at strengthening teachers’ understanding of K.H. Ahmad Dahlan’s educational thought and its implementation in mathematics learning at Muhammadiyah schools in Pesawaran Regency. The activity involved teachers and school stakeholders and was carried out through presentations, discussions, and reflective evaluation sessions. The seminar emphasized the integration of Islamic values and general sciences as the core of Muhammadiyah education. The results showed that participants gained a better understanding of holistic and integrative learning approaches, particularly in embedding moral and spiritual values within mathematics instruction. However, challenges were identified, including limited use of interactive learning media and the dominance of cognitive-oriented assessment. The activity concludes that educational outreach and seminar-based reinforcement of Ahmad Dahlan’s educational philosophy can support the development of integrative mathematics learning that balances intellectual, spiritual, and character development in Muhammadiyah schools.
